Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 30, 2026

The Photo 360 is operated by All Out Techs LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit thephoto360.com, request a quote, communicate with us, or use our event-rental services.

Information we collect

  • Quote and booking information: name, email address, phone number, event date and time, venue address, event type, requested rentals, company name, referral source, and details you submit with a request.
  • Transaction and document information: quotes, accepted services, contracts, invoice status, payment status, signatures, and related project communications. Payment card information is processed by our payment providers and is not stored directly by The Photo 360 unless specifically stated at checkout.
  • Communications: email, telephone, text-message, and customer-service communications, including your communication preferences and consent records.
  • Website and advertising data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, cookies, Google Click IDs and similar advertising identifiers, and interactions with our website, ads, and phone-call features.
  • Account and comment information: information submitted through WordPress accounts, comments, forms, and related site features.

  • Create and manage customer contacts and projects in our customer-management systems.
  • Prepare and manually send quotes, invoices, contracts, reminders, and event communications.
  • Process payments, confirm signed agreements, and provide booked services.
  • Answer questions and provide customer support.
  • Send transactional email and text messages about quote and booking activity. Marketing texts are sent only when you provide the applicable consent, and you may reply STOP to opt out.

  • Maintain security, prevent fraud and spam, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations.

Advertising, analytics, and cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site operation, analytics, advertising measurement, and call tracking. These technologies may store or receive identifiers such as a Google Click ID so that a quote request, approved lead, qualifying phone call, or confirmed booking can be attributed to an advertisement. We may use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, and related Google services. Information sent for advertising measurement may include an advertising identifier or customer information submitted to us, processed in accordance with the applicable platform requirements.

You may control cookies through your browser and through any consent controls displayed on our site. Blocking cookies may limit some site functions. You can also manage Google advertising personalization at My Ad Center.

How we share information

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to service providers that help operate our business. These may include WordPress and WP Engine for website hosting, Zapier for workflow automation, 17hats for customer and project management, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, email and text-message providers, payment processors, fraud and spam-prevention providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share text-message opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers may process messaging information only to provide services for The Photo 360.

Your quote and booking workflow

A website booking submission is a request for a quote and is not a confirmed reservation. We manually approve or deny requests. For approved requests, information may be sent through Zapier to 17hats. We then manually prepare and send the quote, invoice, and contract. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and the required contract has been signed.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage quote requests and bookings, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, measure advertising, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. You may request deletion, but we may retain information when required for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided.
  • You may reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages. Transactional booking messages may continue when permitted and necessary to provide requested services.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
  • Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will review verified requests as required by law.

Security and children

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Our services are intended for adults arranging events and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top indicates the latest revision.
